Ice cream is a sweet and refreshing cream that few of us can resist, especially children. Either in a tub or in a cone; ice cream is one of the most popular options in any of its formats, so we have prepared a simple homemade ice cream popsicle recipe for kids.

From our site, we invite you to make this tasty homemade strawberry ice cream that your children can enjoy as a dessert or snack.

  • 2 natural unsweetened yogurts
  • strawberries
  • Brown sugar
  • lemon
  • biscuits

Beat the yogurts with 10 previously washed strawberries. Add the sugar (sweetening the mixture to taste) while continuing to beat. When the mixture is liquid and homogeneous, pour it into a jug and add the juice of half a lemon. Stir with a spoon and reserve.

Prepare your molds. Wash and chop 5 strawberries; then distribute them in the molds.

Pour in the mixture and fill them almost to the brim. Cut a couple of breakfast cookies and put them in the molds.

Put the lids on the molds and put them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

To unmold them, we recommend you wet the mold and throw it carefully.
